But I love your post explaining how to! :D

Hugs,

UwaseAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30754098.post-28245070274921441572007-06-22T13:39:00.000-04:002007-06-22T13:39:00.000-04:00Anya, you just reminded me of another method of us...Anya, you just reminded me of another method of using reversals. When reversals are seen as "blocks" then the answer to breaking through those blocks can lie in the previous card in the suit. For example, if the 6 of swords is reversed, then there is something from the 5 of swords that hasn't been assimilated. I've tried this and it often helps.Ginny Claytonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03759784851970527096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30754098.post-38656478227013878472007-06-21T22:06:00.000-04:002007-06-21T22:06:00.000-04:00Another way of reading reversals is that the energ...Another way of reading reversals is that the energy of the card is directed internally, rather than externally. So all the qualities of the cards are ones the readee is thinking over, or struggling with on an unconscious or very private level, rather than an energy she or he is putting out there into the world.Anyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00356739982029729133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30754098.post-6526817030391787752007-06-20T23:08:00.000-04:002007-06-20T23:08:00.000-04:00I rarely use reversals. Like you, Ginny, I find the shuffling may have more to do with it than anything cosmically serendipitous. Sometimes my deck is in my hand so that most of the cards come up reversed; sometimes it's the other way around. Glad to see I'm not the only one.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30754098.post-88059901034592082882007-06-20T13:17:00.000-04:002007-06-20T13:17:00.000-04:00Hi Ginny,I use reversals quite a bit. However, there are times when I cannot understand certain cards when they are reversed, although I do like reversals. Some of these cases are the famous Hanged Man and the Emperor. If your example could include any of these guys, it would be helpful for me.

I am in the group that likes reversals, though, because I feel that it gives me much more information in the readings. :-)

Thanks Ginny!

Yamile.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30754098.post-1242517511164951222007-06-18T22:54:00.000-04:002007-06-18T22:54:00.000-04:00It depends on the deck I am using and the spread a...It depends on the deck I am using and the spread as far as reversed cards go for me. Sometimes I feel it is needed, sometimes not. My sister did a reading for me, where all the cards came up reversed, and it ended up because of the way she flips them. And I like the idea of sideways cards.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
