78 Notes to Self: A Tarot Journal

We are all wanderers on this earth. Our hearts are full of wonder, and our souls are deep with dreams.

About My Readings

Is It Expensive?

No, not so much. My full email readings cost $40.00 USD.  On average, this reading takes over an hour to prepare. You will always get a digital image of the cards used in your reading attached to your email. It works best if you limit your questions to one specific situation, three questions maximum.  My goal is to give you as much information as I am able to glean from the cards.

I also offer a Mini Reading for $15.00 USD  One specific question.

You'll need to use PayPal, as I do not accept any other form of payment at this time. I will email an invoice from PayPal. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reading time. Once I have put in the time and you have received your reading, there are no refunds.

How Do I Book A Reading?

The first step is to email me. Introduce yourself and tell me what you want me to read about. We'll converse a bit and when we're ready to start I will send you a PayPal Invoice via email so you can complete your purchase.  I often have a waiting list and I work through it first come, first served, so it can at times take a few days to a week to receive your reading. I will provide a date you can expect your reading to be e-mailed to you.

Anything Else? A Disclaimer
You must be 18 years or older to order a reading from me. I really don't want the responsibility of reading for kids or having their parents freak out because their child charged something on the internet on their credit card. Also, you need to understand that I offer these readings for your entertainment (and possible enlightenment) and I am not responsible for what you choose to do with it. I strongly advise that you not use the reading in place of professional health, legal, financial or therapeutical advice. I will not be held responsible for your life decisions. Those are yours. If you are not satisfied with my reading, contact me. We'll try to work something out.

Privacy Policy And Secret Stuff
What will I do with the information you share with me? If you're asking will I share it with or, god forbid, sell it to anyone or spam you, no, I will not. Never, ever. I hate that. Anything and everything you share with me during the course of a reading will be held in strict confidentiality.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can A Tarot Reading Tell Me My Future?

Maybe.  Tarot readings tend to show the past patterns that have brought about the current situation and how the situation is likely to evolve if not tinkered with. Thing is, we're always tinkering, as are others involved, and while the outcome is what will most likely happen, it is not always so.  Which isn't to say tarot cannot be eerily accurate when future outcomes are shown, it can.  Things do tend to unfold according to a particular pattern.  A tarot reading shows the predicted path, which then empowers you to decide your own future actions. You and you alone are responsible for how you conduct your life. Neither the cards nor I can decide that for you.

The very best use for tarot cards is not fortunetelling, although that's a fun use for them.  What is more productive is to use the reading to examine the situation at hand, examine one's own thoughts, feelings, and actions as well as the attitudes and actions of others involved so you can thoughtfully consider your course. There's plenty of magic in tarot, even if it can't tell you what you're going to have for breakfast next Tuesday, I promise.

Aren't Tarot Readings Bogus?

Well, some are, yes. It depends on who is reading the cards and how they read them. Some readers are outright frauds that talk about curses and needing more money from you to lift them.  Other bogus readings are also called "cold readings," a method by which a "psychic" or tarot reader will pick up on clues and cues from the client  and deliver them back as a "message from beyond."  That is more difficult to do online than in person, but not impossible. I'm really not interested in that. I'm interested in reading the cards that come up for you.

Can You "Tell Me About My Life?"

Well, that's an incredibly broad and general subject. The broader and more general the question, the more broad and general the reading will be. If you want a reading to be truly yours rather than generic you're going to need to be more specific. I'm not here to play "Test the Reader." I'm here to help you with your immediate concerns and if you tell me a bit about yourself and your current, situation, I will be able to give you a reading that you can actually do something with.  My tarot readings work best if I can place what I'm seeing in  some kind of context. That's why it helps if you share a little about yourself, your situation, and frame your question to be as specific as possible.
